Barista/Front of House

We're looking for a friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented Barista to join our juice shop team! This role blends the art of coffee-making with the freshness of smoothies and cold-pressed juice. If you love interacting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced, health-forward environment, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Coffee & Espresso Drinks

  • Prepare smoothies and other specialty drinks accurately and efficiently.

  • Assist with bottling, capping, and labeling juices with attention to cleanliness and accuracy.

  • Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu items and ingredients, and provide recommendations.

  • Keep the bar and serving areas clean and organized throughout the day; sanitize tools and surfaces regularly.

  • Follow Health & Safety Standards

Qualifications

  • Barista and Food Preparation skills

  • Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong Communication skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean work environment

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

  • Passion for healthy living and interest in coffee & juice culture is a plus!

Shift Availability

  • Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 12:30 PM
